friendly staff free breakfast comfortable room unclean shower missing umbrellas unsafe neighborhood
i found that the staff was very friendly and helpful . we even received a delicious free breakfast on our first day there. the room was cool and quiet, it was very comfortable after a day of sightseeing.
the shower wasn't very clean, i noticed some lime scale on the showerhead. i did not see any umbrellas available at the hotel, it would have been useful due to the weather. the neighborhood felt unsafe, i was hassled by street people.

Good Stay Near Ménilmontant
convenient options fresh water metro station
I appreciated the location's proximity to the Ménilmontant metro station, made getting around the city easy. There were many shops and bars in the surrounding area, providing convenient options for dining and entertainment. FRESH water was provided daily, and towels were also changed, a very welcome touch. The air conditioning worked VERY well, this was important during the heatwave.
The only thing that would improve the room would be a small refrigerator.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered assistance with directions. They were always ready to provide tips for local exploration. Their attentiveness greatly improved the stay. I felt very welcome. They were always available when needed.

The room included air conditioning. It worked effectively during the heatwave. The bed was comfortable. This insured restful sleep. The bathroom was clean. It provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. I liked the cleanliness and comfort. They were standout features.

The hotel's breakfast area offered complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Guests were welcome to bring their own croissants. They could enjoy them in the breakfast area. Several bakeries were located nearby. They offered delicious treats at affordable prices.

acrylic paint odor small bath towels
the staff were always ready to assist, acceptable.
the room had a definite odor of acrylic paint, not something i particularly wanted to smell. they offered me air freshener. the heating system did not function well, causing noise even after it was turned off. the bath towels were also too small.
